Your Vessel Records. Your Control.

SYNTRO Marine is designed to protect vessel data while improving trust, transparency, and service history visibility across the marine industry.

Only limited vessel profile information is publicly visible in the SYNTRO Marine network. Detailed maintenance history, receipts, uploaded documents, and service records remain private unless the vessel owner chooses to share access with approved parties such as marinas, dealerships, technicians, buyers, or brokers.

Our Security Principles

SYNTRO Marine is built around owner control, limited public exposure, and secure handling of every maintenance record and document stored on the platform.

Owner-Controlled Access

Vessel owners control who can view detailed maintenance records, service documents, and supporting uploads.

Limited Public Information

Only essential vessel profile information is publicly visible, helping support vessel identification and trust without exposing private owner records.

Private Record Protection

Invoices, receipts, service notes, uploaded documents, and maintenance photos are not public by default.

Controlled Sharing

Owners can approve, deny, or revoke access to their records when working with marinas, technicians, dealerships, or prospective buyers.

What the Public Can See

Public information in the SYNTRO Marine network is intentionally limited. It may include:

  • Hull Identification Number (HIN)
  • Vessel make
  • Model
  • Year
  • Vessel type
  • Basic vessel status
  • Whether verified records exist

Personal owner information, invoices, receipts, and private maintenance documentation are not public and cannot be accessed without explicit permission from the vessel owner or their authorized parties.

What Stays Private

SYNTRO Marine keeps sensitive vessel and ownership information private by default. The following data remains protected unless the vessel owner explicitly grants access:

  • Maintenance records
  • Service invoices
  • Receipts
  • Uploaded service documents
  • Repair photos
  • Ownership verification documents
  • Internal notes
  • Contact details

These records are only visible to the owner and any parties they choose to authorize, such as marinas, dealerships, technicians, brokers, or buyers.

How Record Sharing Works

Access control in SYNTRO Marine is simple, transparent, and always owned by the vessel owner. Detailed records are private first, and shared only when you choose.

Step 1

The vessel owner stores records in SYNTRO Marine.

Step 2

Detailed records remain private by default and are not publicly viewable in the network.

Step 3

The owner may choose to grant access to approved parties such as a marina, dealership, technician, broker, or buyer.

Step 4

The owner can review, manage, and revoke access at any time as needs change.

Transparency Without Sacrificing Privacy

SYNTRO Marine is built to support vessel transparency, trusted maintenance history, and safer transactions while respecting the vessel owner’s right to control private records. This balance helps improve resale confidence, service coordination, and long-term recordkeeping without making sensitive information public.

Our Commitment to Secure Vessel Recordkeeping

SYNTRO Marine is committed to responsible vessel data handling, permission-based access controls, and privacy-aware platform design. Our goal is to help owners, marinas, dealerships, and technicians collaborate around trusted vessel history while ensuring that sensitive records remain protected.

Secure Vessel History Starts With Owner Control

Store vessel history with confidence, control who can access detailed records, and keep your maintenance documentation organized inside the SYNTRO Marine platform.

SYNTRO Marine does not make private vessel records public by default. Detailed record access is controlled by the vessel owner or authorized parties.
