Yes. For each maintenance record or from your vessel documents area, you can upload receipts, service invoices, photos, and any supporting documents. These files are stored securely with your vessel profile so you always have a complete, organized record of work performed and proof of service when you need it.

Only basic vessel profile information is publicly visible, such as HIN, make, model, year, and general status. Detailed maintenance records, documents, costs, and private notes remain visible only to you and the contacts you explicitly grant access to.

As the vessel owner, you control sharing. From your vessel settings or individual records, you can share access with marinas, dealerships, technicians, surveyors, or prospective buyers. You decide which parties can view your history and can revoke or update access at any time.

Yes. When you sell or otherwise transfer the vessel, you can initiate an ownership transfer from your vessel settings. The new owner will be invited to create or connect their SYNTRO Marine account, and once they accept, they receive the vessel’s history while your owner access is updated accordingly.
